A finales de octubre John Mayer estrenó el espectacular videoclip de Heartbreak Warfare, primero en el mundo en realidad aumentada, que fue segundo single de su disco Battle Studies.
Ahora, seis meses después, se acaba de estrenar una nueva versión.
Esta vez se ha dejado de derroches visuales informáticos para presentar una versión mucho más comedida.
Se trata de un vídeo en blanco y negro donde vemos a John Mayer cantando el tema con su banda en uno de los multitudinarios conciertos de su actual gira mundial.
El único sentido que le veo a lanzar un nuevo videoclip como éste es dar una ligerísima idea de lo que puede suponer un concierto de Mayer.
No hubiese estado mal que el sonido hubiese sido también en directo para realmente avanzarnos a lo que nos espera, por ejemplo, en el próximo Rock in Río Madrid este verano.
De todos modos, tanto el tema, como Battle Studies, recomendables 100%.
