El pasado 10 de noviembre se puso a la venta uno de los juegos más esperados: la nueva edición del Call Of Duty llamado Modern Warfare 2.
Para su lanzamiento mundial han contado en los spots de televisión con el temazo Till I Collapse de Eminem y Nate Dogg.
Tras cinco años desde su última edición y con la expectación por todo lo alto, los chicos de Activision han pulverizado todo tipo de records ya que durante el primer día consiguieron vender 4,7 millones de copias, superando con creces las cifras del juego más vendido de la historia el GTA IV.
La dimensión de este juego bélico no tiene límites, ya que para que nos hagamos una idea, ninguna película en la historia del cine ha sido capaz de recaudar lo que este juego en un sólo día.
Por supuesto, ha contado con una campaña de marketing potente, entre las que destaca la banda sonora de su spot.
Till I Collapse de Eminem, estaba incluido en The Eminem Show del 2002 y por culpa del juego ha vuelto a entrar en listas de ventas, puesto 22 en iTunes.
Este Till I Collapse era uno de mis temas favoritos del multi ventas The Eminem Show donde también habían temas como Cleanin’ Out My Closet, Soldier o Without Me.
Todo un temazo para un acontecimiento mundial hecho videojuego.
