Hace unos días que ya se sabía que Jamie Cullum lanzaría nuevo single, tras su estupenda cover de Rihanna, Don’t Stop the Music.
El tema escogido es Wheels, tercer extracto de The Pursuit, y del que Spinner acaba de estrenar en exclusiva el videoclip.
Una pista vacía de baloncesto y Jamie Cullum tocando el piano a oscuras es el inicio de un videoclip que sigue a la perfección el ritmo in crescendo de Wheels.
A medida que el ritmo se acelera comienzan a aparecer en la pista un grupo de monociclistas que comienzan a girar y hacer todo tipo de acrobacias alrededor de Cullum.
Cuando una canción te hace sentir como una groupie de 15 años con una gota de sudor del líder de su boyband preferida sólo puedes decir aquello tan explícito de: wow.
Con este Wheels, Jamie Cullum logra atraparte desde el segundo uno en una especie de rotación y traslación audiovisual imprevisible.
Sí, un poco turbia esta explicación, pero es que así me he quedado tras ver el vídeo.
